 Meta-aramid is a high-performance synthetic fiber known for its excellent thermal and flame resistance, with applications in protective clothing, industrial equipment, and insulation. It is inherently flameproof, does not melt, and can withstand high temperatures, but it is less strong than para-aramids like Kevlar, which are better for ballistic protection.
